'We stayed in this property 6 or 7 years ago when it was under different ownership. The current owners have made some lovely renovations. The house was well appointed and the kitchen cabinets were labeled making it easy to find everything. We cooked several meals at home and enjoyed the grill too. We love the location with its beautiful views and ability to walk to everything. Shan was easy to reach when we had a question. We love this cozy waterfront hideaway!'

'Our stay was fabulous! This 3rd floor apt was so well decorated and so clean, plus it came with a view we absolutely loved! The location, in the very heart of Boothbay Harbor, could not have been better. Little shops and great restaurants lined the streets, Our hosts, Mark and Patty could be reached in person or by text at any time. They were wonderful hosts. We rate our experience a 10 out of 10 and hope to go back!'

'Great place, responsive owner, close to everything you need! We love the Friendship/Waldoboro area, with Jameson Point Lobster a favorite eat-out trip, DownEast feel without the drive. We contacted Rebecca before our stay re. kayaking from the property, and with a quick response she laid out the tidal limits, a tide table for our stay, and places to launch; all accurate and honest, by the way. Turned out to be very easy, plus a long hose that reached down the lawn to help us wash off the boats...

'Nice house in a great location. It was wonderful to have a first floor bed and bath since we were traveling with my elderly parents. The location made it easy to walk or drive to Boothbay Harbor. The only minor issues we found were spotty wi-fi and the latch on the front screen door did not work properly. Would definitely stay here again!'

'It was not easy to see where the rental was (we arrived in the dark and it's a somewhat fast speed road out in the country). Once we arrived, we saw that the camper was lit up - we just didn't know what to be looking for. But the owners instructions were clear and helpful. The climate control was a little tricky in the camper. But everything worked well and the accomadations were great - nice snacks, coffee, half and half, sugar, plenty of towels, etc. Everything was in nice shape. '

'What a beautiful location! We spent 5 nights here and would loved to have stayed longer. This was our first trip to Maine so I had plans to do several day trips while based in Boothbay. We loved it so much here that we stayed in the Boothbay area the entire time.We were able to meet the owners and they are lovely people who are very welcoming to their home.Our favorite spot was the red chairs looking out over the water. 'The house is exactly what you see in the pictures and more! We had a wonderfull stay and hope to return one day. The view is incredible and the house was amazingly cool for the warm time of year. We were very comfortable. Martin and Becky are the most friendly and lovely hosts we have ever encountered. They were just amazing. And Becky's muffins are delicious! We had an amazing time.'

'What a gem! Such a charming and spacious apartment with a fantastic, unobstructed view of the water! Comfy bed, all ammeneties available, parking easy and convenient, and the bathroom has a fan. AC and heater units availabible throughout the apartment. Be sure to check out the bookstore downstairs! We will definitely return in the future! '
