'I booked online and needed to check in that same night. Since I booked before midnight I thought I could check in. But no by the time I got to hotel it was after midnight so I had to wait till 3pm next day. So I had to sleep in my car for the night. Staff was rude.'

'The room was just like the pictures indicated. However, the TV didn't work. I brought it to the attention of the desk and it didn't work for TWO days. When it finally was fixed, the remote only worked within 6 ft. of the TV. Not good when you're laying in bed. One of the towels was frayed. When I came back that night, the bed was made and towels were 'freshened'. Upon closer inspection, the frayed towel was not taken out of service. It was folded and put back on the rack.
