'The HVAC system is under renovation and the rooms didn’t seem to cool off good. The pool was closed for maintenance for several days. Someone doesn’t automatically clean the room/change towels you have to request at the front desk.'

'We’ve been coming to HMT for about 6 years. The house was great. Clean. Well maintained. Host was readily available for any and all questions. Self check in. Love the central location between all of our normal trails. I gave it a 4 star over all because although it had free wifi there was no cellular service. For some of our crew it was difficult to keep in touch with family. The other issue was the couches were too low for our crew. I know they change to beds but sitting in them was difficult...
