'Stayed a lot of places. It’s the best and only choice. Home is perfect. Location is perfect. We will go back I’m not going to mess around trying to find anything better. There is no way anyone else can provide the service and perfection that comes with the whole experience of this property. They set the bar high. You will not regret this property. Don’t risk it somewhere else go with a sure thing and have a great trip. This is the best choice and my only future choice. '

'This house checked all the boxes for our large group(13) plenty of bed space. we all agreed it was a great house! The game room/ living room was a great bonus! Another bonus was the ice machine! This house has a very large gated/locked parking lot which was perfect for multiple large trucks and trailers. The location was good about 10 minutes or less to the trail head from the house . 'Hop's was clean, a fine place to stay. The basement was fairly musty, but that is to be expected in this part of the country. The coffee was very stale, but being from Washington State, we are a bit snobbish that way. Our rental car got sprayed by gravel from the ATVs that frequent the parking lot. That is going to be expensive!'

'Nice clean house. Good location for outlaw trail riding. H&M trails a lil further away. Good parking but could be more parking closer to the house. The only main complaint several people had was the barking dogs in the neighborhood. Overall a good stay and would stay again if wanting that area.'
