'The property was a great fit for the group that we had. The house had great accommodations, bathrooms, beds, etc., along with the porch/covering in the front of the house. The view of the lake and location to the marina was superb as well. Overall, worth every penny.'

'We stayed here for my son's graduation and had a large group. The house is in a great location, is a great size, and was very clean. We had plenty of room to spread out yet still be together. The kitchen is large and spacious and was a great gathering spot. The back patio was another favorite gathering spot. We also really enjoyed playing games at the poker table. Highly recommend!'

The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. '
