'First time there … was excellent location and great service :)'

'A nice room to stay in for work'

'We arrived and there was no one at reception. It looked as if the place had been abandoned. There was a message on the desk to ring a number for service and after two attempts the call went to voicemail. My partner made another attempt to get a reply from that number. We received instructions on how to find our room which we eventually did. The room was ok but there was no wifi, neither of the bed lamps worked. The bar and restaurant were closed and we did not see any staff during our stay....

'Could provide containers suitable to cook in the microwave.'

'Top top locatie Rivièra Mackay! Prachtig hotel. Aparte slaapkamer. Goede douche. Keukenfaciliteit...

'certainly, would recommend staying here as the location was very central to all the Mackay CBD easy walking to the local pubs for Counter meals or even for the adventurous a short and safe walk into the CBD to the local specialty restaurants or for the eat on the run addicts Dominos , MacDonalds and the local "Best Fish Shop " in Mackay, Vellas are all with in a 2 block radius'

'Very good reception by Naomi'

'15 min. Van zwembad the blue lagoon en vrijdag the bezoek England.'

'Very friendly couple from Bangladesh is working here with their baby. They working hard together knowing what hospitality is. Breakfast is poor but oké, only the peanutbutter was over date en no jam… Room, bathroom are simple but clean, everything you need is there. '

'I'm amazed at the ratings people have given this motel. The room was down a brick corridor and smelt mouldy. I'm glad I was only staying overnight. I'm not sure it was that reasonably priced but it was close to town.'

'Though not new. It was quality in its own way. Thought of everything that was needed and cost was great'

'Super friendly staff, but all im gonna say is after sleeping here im covered in bed bugs bites.'
