'Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. 'These pods were super cute and very clean. The heating in it was fantastic and kept us warm on a very cold and wet night. We were provided with the and coffee making facilities and a bag of marshmallows to toast by the fire. Kids really enjoyed it. We could also hear and sometimes see the lions nearby. '

'We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. 'The room was beautifully clean and decorated well and had an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Very happy with the room and amenities. Unfortunately the owner had forgotten we were coming even though I had phoned her the night before. We arrived and spent 15 minutes in the dark and cold (3C) knocking on the door . No answer. No lights on. I tried ringing the mobile number 7x. Eventually it was picked up - she was at the gym! She told us how to get in, which was a relief as we were just about to go...

"Parkeren is normaal £21 als je tot 24 uur wil parkeren bij de services maar omdat je een kamer hebt geboekt voeren ze dat in hun systeem en is het gratis. Kamer was ruim en netjes voor de prijs die we betaalde. Zal deze zeker weer gebruiken als we onderweg terug zijn naar Nederland. "
