'The resort is beautiful but most of all the service is excellent. For a resort on the more affordable end it actually exceeded our expectations on the service level. The all-inclusive package features a good cocktail list, the buffet is “average” at best. It is nice to have a minibar partially included as well, although, I would suggest to be a bit more flexible with the “two soft drinks a day” policy, which I find a bit ridiculous to be honest. 'Camera overwater molto bella, moderna con tutti i comfort, con una vera e propria sala da bagno, ristoranti alla carta molto curati con grande scelta e servizio eccellenti.
Servizio al cliente molto curato fin dall'arrivo sull'isola con una persona a te dedicata che si occupa di te durante tutto il tuo soggiorno, dal prenotarti i ristoranti, alle escursioni che vuoi fare...insomma a renderti la vacanza senza pensieri.
Un grazie particolare va ad Athu che mi ha assistito durante il mio soggiorno...
