'Het is een geweldig hotel dat voldoet aan de hoge verwachtingen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, uitstekend eten en hele goede faciliteiten. Alles is schoon en wordt goed bijgehouden. Elke dag komt de housekeeping manager nog checken of alles in orde is. Geweldige vakantie van 18 dagen gehad! St Julians is druk, maar daar is in het hotel niets van te merken.'

'This hotel needs a makeover to deserve its five star holiday hotel status. Pool area specifically is outdated, lots of small tiles disappeared, broken or loose. Almost half the sunbeds are in bad shape. Towel service can be better, either allow more than one towel per person (the towels are really small) or offer larger towels. In the rooms you can easily spot paint blathering off, airco is very noisy. All in all one can see this hotel has not been maintained the way one would expect for its...

'Ik begrijp dat het voor expedia ook bijzondere tijden zijn. Maar zoals jullie als geen ander weten is deze vakantie niet door gegaan. Daarom vind ik het zeer onprettig om deze e-mails te blijven ontvangen. Zouden jullie dit op kunnen lossen. Ik heb namelijk liever dat jullie naar een oplossing zouden willen zoeken om een gedeelte van de reis vergoed te krijgen. Daarom kan ik geen relevate beoordeling geven'

'Het hotel is onze optie geen 5-sterren hotel. Daarvoor ontbreekt er te veel. Airco was kapot, bed werd niet verschoond (pas na klacht), badkamer rook naar schimmel. Voor ons geen aanrader.'

'Despite the mistake they made by placing me in a lower category room than the one I actually booked (and paid for), they made everything possible to make sure I was happy with the further arrangements they made. The hotel is huge and sometimes you have to do quite a walk to get from the main building to your room. Caution when choosing the room is advisable since it will highly influence if you get sun in the morning, afternoon or any at all... Service in the restaurants was highly attentive...

'Enough swimming pools and sport facilities. Food was average, nothing special. Breakfast below standard for a 5*. Should be much better and fresh. No waterheater and no coffee-machine at the room. No mini-bar. Beside that, room had a lot of space.'
