'Our room was clean and I liked it wasn’t carpet but laminate flooring. The furniture in our room was falling apart. The cabinets were pealing or scratched looked like something picked up from a garage sale.'

'1. We were there for 4 nights. Two of those days we wanted room service and we took the do not disturb sign off the door. Both day housekeeping did not come. When I called the front desk to complain, they looked at the records and said that housekeeping had notated the do not disturb sign on the door both days, which is absolutely false. I will give the front desk credit in that they did give us two complimentary breakfasts on the last day to help make up for no housekeeping during our stay - 2....

'I really liked the easy access to Mosaic, which was walking distance. Very comfortable hotel.'

'Awful hotel, won’t answer their phone. Shower looks like something you’d get at a campsite. Pay to park, pay to use WiFi, not coming back'

'Excellent customer service and clean'

'Mooie propere kamers. Ontbijt om u tegen te zeggen. Vriendelijke medewerkers. '

'Helaas werd er bij inchecken niet vermeld dat er geen dagelijkse schoonmaak van de kamer is, dat moet je dus zelf aangeven wat ik heel ongewoon vind. Zelfs na schoonmaak verzoek waren bepaalde zaken niet aangevuld of bijvoorbeeld afgestoft. Ontbijt voldoet en het hotel ligt redelijk centraal.'

'I stayed for 5 nights, only one elevator was working, and was not repaired throughout my stay. The ice machine on my floor was broken down. The hallways could updating or a good cleaning. My room was clean and comfortable.'

'Nice simple business hotel. Reception is not so helpful especially late arrived. Nor bad not very good '

'Value for money'

'Stayed Saturday October 3, 2026. The power was out except for emergency lights, and it was just this Holiday Inn building’s issue. At check in the front desk staff indicated the lights were out, it should just be a few hours, and offered a $50 discount on the room. We decided to stay but it wasn’t just the lights, there was no electricity whatsoever - no air conditioning so the room was too warm, no refrigerator so we had to eat what we had so it wouldn’t spoil, no tv, no power to recharge...

'The only complaint I have is the sound of toilets flushing and water running down above your head. Extremely loud!!!'
