'The location was perfect for walking to the Metro and places to eat. It felt very safe, even walking at night. We enjoyed being so close to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail and rented bikes from a nearby Capital Bikeshare station to explore. One thing that was confusing is the check in—you need to fill out a form online with your personal details before check in. Upon arrival, press “Leasing Office” on the door pad to call the front desk to be let in. We arrived at night and were confused...

'Nidia, and the property, continue to be a favorite of mine. The location is perfect (easily accessible to DC), and a fabulous apartment all around. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, and beautiful grounds to enjoy. Nidia is a perfect host, ensuring that we had everything we needed, and checking in to ensure that our stay was perfect. For those who want a space close to DC that includes an incredibly peaceful environment, this is your spot!'

'Apartment was beautiful and roomy. Communication from Host was excellent. Always answered quickly and had great ideas. Finding the key was tricky but only took us a few minutes. All in all would stay there again on a return trip. '

'Very nice clean property in the basement of a beautiful home in the woods. Was very comfortable. Plenty of space for all of us. Private entrance was nice. Small kitchen area was perfect for what we needed. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Was close enough to anything we wanted to see or do. Close to airport for travel. Very nice place to stay. Thank you!'

'Attentive, kind host who went above and beyond to meet our needs without being intrusive. Beautifully decorated, clean home with lots more space inside than looks like outside. Nice backyard. Quiet neighborhood. 10 minute drive to metro. We had a great stay. '

'The host was extremely gracious and made my mom dinner while we were out of town in New York for a couple of days during our stay. I had made other arrangements for her while we were away since my mom does not drive but the host went above and beyond. The walking trails around the property were wonderful, we walked 3 miles pretty much every morning that we were there around the wooded trails. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the view of the pond behind the house.'
