'The property was clean. We liked that the host provided coffee and tea for those mornings when one wakes up and just wants something hot to drink. Having the washer and dryer was very convenient. The property was very close to the Forks and other places of interest. The only thing we would suggest to change would be the bed sheets. They had lint and the lint was rubbing against our skin. Very uncomfortable! Last thing, the area around the property is frequented by unhoused people, especially...

'My son and I stayed here for a full week and had a wonderful experience! The space had everything we needed, including a small but fully equipped kitchen—complete with a rice cooker. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was so convenient for a longer stay. The location is great, with a Giant Tiger store right nearby for quick grocery runs. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was super fast and the view was lovely. The host gave detailed, clear instructions for check-in, check-out, and everything else....

'We have enjoyed VRBO accommodations in many locales, but this condo in Winnipeg’s Exchange District was extraordinary in every way. The decor, location, cleanliness, attention-to-every-detail, communication - both about using the condo and the neighborhood - were exceptionally helpful. Bruce provided terrific information. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, the living room was most relaxing and the location in the Exchange District were all so easy to enjoy. The condo...

'The apartment was very clean and the furniture was very nice, comfortable couches and beds. The pillows and bedding were very nice and there were lots of towels, which were of good quality and the house was well stocked with essentials. However, the air conditioning did NOT work which made the apartment almost unbearable due to the extreme heat warning we were experiencing. Also, the tv was very confusing to work and there were no instructions.'

'Standard room had bbq advertised, but was not included . We had reserved the room expecting that so we could cook our meals. The breaker for the AC would pop so the room was not cool when we’d get back from our activities during the day. Wifi was very spotty. Good location just outside of falcon lake. Nice bonfire pit area.'

'Property had a dirty hand towel in the bathroom upon arrival, no sheets on master bedroom and we needed to make the bed, wet sheets in dryer, dirty shower around external opening/door, and dirty coffee pot. Great locations and walkable to lots of restaurants. '
