'The property was as described. The house is much larger inside than what it appears from the outside. The owner was very responsive.'

'Did not know what to expect upon arrival but was pleased to find our own little apartment in this very modern building … loved the kitchen and availability of the in unit laundry. Only complaint I could say is no hair dryer (4 girls) and one night there was an alarm prompting evacuation in the middle of the morning but all in all had a very enjoyable experience '

'Great place, clean and in great spot for our activities. Yard needed maintenance and the upstairs ac was slow but eventually got nice. Three trash bags was not enough for five days let alone for 5 women, but we were happy with the property. Very pleased with the price.'

'We came to Des Moines for the wrestling state tournament. We were just a block and a half away from the skywalk to hop on and stay indoors the whole way to Wells Fargo Arena.This home was clean, easily accessed, and just what we needed for a short stay! Great communication with the owners :)'

'Property was clean, and host was great to work with. Close proximity to Wells Fargo Arena so made getting to and from our concert easy. We opted to park in the nearest parking ramp, and it was spendy. Host did offer a cheaper option but didnt check it out. '
