'This beautiful, historic Victorian home was an absolute find. We got very lucky booking it at the last minute to attend the Tulip Time Festival in Pella since it is fairly new to VRBO. Jeff, who is the owner/operator, was the best host we’ve had with VRBO. He was super friendly and made us feel comfortable to use all the common areas of the house. The central air was a lifesaver in the August heat, and the location couldn’t be better for a quick trip to the racetrack. We appreciated how close it was to all the conveniences of Knoxville. 'We had a great weekend relaxing and playing in the water. The cabins were so clean. There was a great variety of water toys for the whole family to enjoy. The kids loved the paddle boat, kayaks and the pool noodles. We spent a lot of time together jumping off the docks and floating around. The fire pit area was wonderful.'
