'There was blood on the bed, a gap on the bottom of the door you can see people when they walk by. I didn't even sleep there walked in and our. Hallway had odor or weed and other paraphernalia. Asked for a refund and expedia and the motel wouldn't help. Both experiences were horrible'

'Very unfriendly service at the main desk, since I had a lot of luggage I had requested a first floor room close to the parking, I got a second floor room at the end of the corridor, the unfriendly lady at the desk told me that it was because I booked through hotels.com, and not through their site. If I had complaints I should turn to hotels.com. So if you like to book through hotels.com choose another hotel and avoid this one.'

'I found the bed to be inadequate to sleep comfortably. I don't know if it was too soft or the lower metal frame that was flexing like a metal can, but I could not find a comfortable spot and I slept across the top of the bed where the pillows usually are. I did these 2 nights and then left; the staff were nice but the bed was terrible'

'Room was very dirty. Dust on shelves. Floor had not been mopped and the vinyl flooring was loose in places. Mold in bathroom. Sheets and bedspread were very wrinkled'

'The room was clean and comfortable and climate control worked well. The pet fee was reasonable, BUT there needs to be more parking lot lighting to make it safe to walk dogs, and there needs to be a trash container for bagged pet waste. The lack of lighting was a BIG problem. Only one working outdoor light on the far end of the building.'
