'We had two rooms. One of the rooms had water seeping up through the floor when you walked on it. The sheets and pillow cases were overly stained in both rooms. The AC unit in our other room had a big hole in it and you could see outside. The blankets were so thin, and the kiddos got too cold. The bath/shower floors were extremely slippery and one of our kiddos fell while in the shower. One room smelled badly of cigarette smoke that our asthmatic kiddo had an issue, and the other room smelled...

'This hotel has no staff on site. We stayed for two nights and received no housekeeping services at all. No exchange of towels, replenishment of supplies, the bed was unmade. Nothing. The furniture was beat-up. I would have expected 1/2 the price to stay there. I do not recommend it and I would never stay there myself again.'

'The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The halls and outside were filthy. Not sure the outside side door even latched. I believe one downstairs wing was short term housing. The type of place my family (if they were with), would not get out of the car.'
