'As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Gina was by far the sweetest young lady. She explained everything to me and showed me where the elevators were at as well as making sure I was comfortable. The room was all that and more! The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely be back here when I visit my best friend again! 10 Stars if I could rate it that high!'

'The pool area is closed due to renovation but they have plenty of other spots on sight to meet and hangout. I loved the Pioneer bar and the bar tender makes great food and drinks of all kinds.'

'The traffic near the hotel was crazy, as usual road construction, weaving thru a restaurant parking lot to get the hotel was weird; literally took 12 minutes before someone greeted us (another traveler and myself) and check us in, it was 4:16 PM, so nobody near from the front desk. The Machine Shed restaurant within walking distance, was great food, and incredible staff.'

'We came back to this same hotel from a stay in 2025. It has significantly gone downhill. The entrance, hallways and doors are scuffed and look really worn. After check-in we found that our room was not cleaned. We specifically requested a room on the backside of the hotel to avoid Interstate traffic noise. The request was not communicated. Our room was clean and smelled deeply of Pine Sol. It had a fire alarm that continuously chirped, randomly. The first night, we called a front desk personnel...

'Great hotel'

'In our room, the smoke detector flashed brightly all night long which was of course only noticeable with the lights out. The handle on the shower door was wobbly and should have been noticed by cleaning staff. The room design was odd. There was a Keurig-style coffee maker in the room which was snugged into a cube shaped bar area, except the height was so low you really couldn’t add water to the top of the Keurig without removing it. As if the designers had not tried to make a cup of coffee...

'The room was not as clean as I would've expected. The bathroom had a handful of hair in the shower and the grout needs replaced. There was a mystery stain on the stairs and crumbs on the couch. And I woke up to the TV glitching like crazy. The staff checked me in, but nothing particularly special about that. Not very satisfying considering the price.'
