'Room was clean. Nice safe location The front desk person was friendly. Great budget hotel if you’re going to a concert at the Val air ballroom it’s walking distance. across the street You have gas station and a couple fast food options,. This will be my regular hotel for when I go see concerts at Val Air ballroom or stay on that part of town.'

'Breakfast was good. When I arrived at 8 pm staff was very helpful in telling me what restaurants were available in close proximity. I really appreciated walking into my room already nice and warm without having to wait an hour for desired temp.'

'We love staying here when we’re in Des Moines. There’s a little coffee shop in the lobby, a great restaurant attached and a heated parking garage (they validate parking). The rooms are gorgeous, the hotel is clean, the lobby is beautiful, and the people who work there seem to genuinely like their job. '
