'I have spend two night at this hotel. Service was good, friendly personnel. The hotel is quite old and can use some renovation. Beds are OK but the bathroom is old. Heating system makes a lot of noise and you can't turn it off. Fitness center has old equipment and it was damaged.
The steakhouse is great and cozy. Good food for a good price. Breakfast is also great. Overall a good stay, probably one of the better hotels close to DSM airport. Very close to the interstate!'

'In my opinion the bathroom was the nicest of any hotel we have ever stayed in!
The staff were welcoming and helpful.
There is a parking garage behind the hotel that charged us $10.00 for our overnight stay. There is a skywalk that connects it the hotel. It was a little confusing, but that was probably just due to our age! '

'Very nice and unique hotel. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was spacious with nice tall ceilings, and bed was comfortable. It felt like the hotel could use a refresh (or the refresh in the room’s bathroom was a bit sloppy) and their TV system was very laggy. Nice stay overall though! '

'I've been here for a month or so now with I issues the staff is friendly, they leave you to yourself and have taken care of any issues I've had right away or the next morning. as good as living in a hotel can be it's nice. wish they had coffee machines in room or downstairs ,but it's all good and a gym would be excellent but so far my that's my only complaint'
