'The title says it all, we had all the comforts of home while being able to roll out of bed and jump in the lake.Large kitchen full stocked with pots, pans, large fridge and an extra fridge in the garage. The deck is amazing, plenty of room to live outside. The water is very accessible with minimum stairs and hand railing. We wish we could have stayed longer.'

'My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We brought our paddle boards so being right on Lake Independence was great. The living space was very clean, had everything we needed (including a comfortable bed!), and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We also loved being about 35 minutes from Marquette - there is a wonderful Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings that we recommend going to. We also enjoyed hiking at Yellow Dog Falls and Dead River Falls (more advanced). We...

'This cabin, location and lake were the perfect antidote for an amazing relaxing vacation. The pictures do not share the wonderful size windows and views of the lake. The high point of this trip was spending lots of time on the water with the owners paddle board, kayak and canoe. I always make a point of thanking owners that allow dogs to join in on our vacation fun. THANK YOU!'

'Quiet, clean, very comfortable. Accessories include (that weren't listed on VRBO) coffee maker, TV, ceiling fans. It's great for younger and early middle aged people. I'm 72 and my wife is 65. We didn't know that there were large steps from where we could park the car to the cabin. Further, to use the fire pit, there were many more stairs down to that and the river.'
