'The entire hotel was hot and humid in the hallways. Breakfast was burnt and dry. I stayed for 3 nights didn’t have the do no disturb flyer on the door and they never came in to make the bed or to change towels or even take away trash….. had 2 different rooms first room had bugs everywhere…. And third room was a little decent but I wasn’t happy won’t be returning '

'The staff was so helpful and courteous! I belive the gentleman that checked us in on Saturday (April 18th) evening was Kyle. He went way beyond the call of duty to help us retrieve a misplaced item, to include calling my cell and knocking on my hotel door to notify me that my item was awaiting at the front desk!'

'We had a 12 day stay here and had to ask repeatedly for clean linens and trash disposal. Had we not asked, our room would not have been touched the entire 12 days, which is inexcusable.
There was rarely anyone at the desk, nor did they answer the phone when we called from our room for housekeeping service. Staff was usually sitting in a back room near the front desk, but often didn't even bother to get up to speak with customers.
