'This house in Springhill was the perfect location and jumping off points for visiting downtown Nashville, Franklin and family in nearby towns. I enjoyed the layout of the bedrooms as it gave everybody their own space. The kitchen is very well stocked and was helpful as we cooked meals at the house '

'Brand new apartment on a horse farm. Modern amenities and great views. 15 minutes to Downtown Columbia. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. We loved going down to see the horses everyday. We travel to this area once a year for a painting workshop and plan on staying here again. '

'Lovely neighborhood and loads of fun with pool. Great places all throughout the house for relaxing, eating, hanging together. Very comfortable beds. Great sunroom and little screened porch. Pool was huge and salt water wonderful. Be aware all entrances in and out of the home require doing stairs! '

'Words cannot express how much we loved our short stay in Dixie's Cottage! From the quaint cottage RIGHT NEXT TO DIXIE the horse (a dream) and adorable chickens to walking the beautiful grounds with our 2 pups, the town of Columbia, and to top of off, meeting Chris, the owner. 'We loved staying overnight on the farm. The property and house was clean and well kept. Our kids loved being able to visit the animals. The house had everything we needed and the owners had great communication. We only stayed one night but would definitely consider staying longer if we are ever passing through again. The only thing to just note, not a problem, is that you can only access the third bedroom through the second, as well as the second bathroom is off of the second room. This worked...

'The photos are beautiful, but the property and cottage are even more exceptional than the photos! We celebrated our daughter’s 13th birthday with a group of tweenagers. The upstairs loft was absolutely perfect for them while my husband and I watched the rain roll in on the gorgeous front porch. We had the most wonderful stay! The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were lovely and very comfortable! We will definitely come back! It’s a dreamy place for sure!...

'This is a cozy little dwelling, nestled in a quiet area. All amenities are there, including coffee (very important). There is AC, which was necessary during our stay. I am 54 and was able to climb the ladder to the loft (my 2 adult daughters wanted the couch bed), but keep in mind climbing down. And if you're lucky, you'll get a visit from the resident kitty, Putty. Arrington Vineyards is less than 10 mins away and we went for a tasting. 'My family and I had a short stay in Franklin, but this house was amazing for the time we were there. The house was clean, well stocked with towels and other essentials and the owners were extremely easy to contact and were flexible with us.
