'We really enjoyed our family time and stay. Every bed and pull out couch was full. The house never felt cramped at all. We cooked A LOT and the kitchen was stocked well with quality items. The gas fire pit out back was lovely and we used the grill frequently. The flow of the home was effortless even with as many people as we had. The light coming in from the large glass doors was really beautiful and created such an enjoyable atmosphere. Outdoor space ample, clean and quiet! The host even had...

'Nice property with plenty of room, once you get past the plastic covers on a lot of the furniture. Nothing fancy or elegant, but comfortable for our group of eight women. We liked the midpoint between Nashville and Franklin.We liked that the host provided coffee, milk, and juice,, as well as make up remover wipes, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The farm animals were fun, especially the wake up call from the rooster and a family of wild turkeys. Fun visit! '

'Beautiful location decked out for fall! Close to everything but feels rustic and private! Everything was thought of and taken care of! We spent hours in the game room playing foosball....took me back to my college days! Just a perfect stay and love our host! Memories were made....highly recommend!'

The sound of the creek, the peace and quiet, and the perfect accommodation gave us just the reset we needed. We enjoyed coffee outside both mornings, watched wildlife, photographed more than a dozen types of mushrooms, walked the beautiful creek and enjoyed long soaks in the jetted tub! "it is a great motel for an overnight stay on the road it is clean and includes breakfast it is not in the centre of Franklin but outside of it there is a waffle house next door and a mc donalds across the street and more places to eat nearby."
