'I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent. The rooms were huge. The hotel is less than a year old. Beautifully appointed. Lots of staff. Great full breakfast that changed daily. The major downfall is that the room cleaning service dropped off the longer we stayed. We booked the hotel for the four nights, and by the third night, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning the room, only straightening the bed; did not replace towels. 'Breakfast was basic, not too great but sustaining. The waterpark is awesome, my daughter loved the 2 hours we were able to swim during our 2 night stay. Winter hours were only 4pm to 9pm, so our vacation was about a month too early :('

'The breakfast attendant was rude and her body language spoke for her. IDK if we were to slow for her but she was wiping around us as we were in the breakfast line getting our food. Just slammed the lid to the food and didn't say excuse me or wasn't even welcoming as we walked in. Most workers would greet with a smile and say good morning.'

'I really enjoyed my stay. I booked the "business" room and it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Convenient TV already set up for watching Netflix or YouTube and easy to sign into your own account. The bed was comfortable, my only complaint is that the pillows are like 6 little squares instead of just 2 regular size pillows. Not horrible, just not what I'm used to.
