'When my wife and I got to the motel, we were waiting in line to check in, when the person in front of us started yelling and being totally unreasonable with the lady behind the desk. She tried to work with the person who was yelling, but he was totally unreasonable. She handled it very well and very professionally. '

'Families of 5 or 6... this is the place to stay! From now on I only want to stay at this chain! The space in the hotel room is ridiculously amazing! Shelves on the wall for double the counter space... so much room to spread your stuff out! I will stay here again in a heartbeat! Spacious and sooooo clean! Friendly front desk. Waterpark included wity stay and a lot of fun to use to wind down at night! My only complaint is wish waterpark was open til 10. Other than that... perfection!'
