'Overall a good stay, although the beds en rooms were noisy. Could hear the people in the room above walking around like the were situated in our room. Location close to main attractions. Breakfast had only a few options but was enough for us. '

'Dit hotel is niet aan te bevelen, we hadden er 4 overnachtingen. De kamer werd niet schoongemaakt naar de receptie gegaan wat hier de bedoeling van was, antwoord we moesten de handdoeken en afval buiten zetten. Dan wist het personeel dat ze er nieuwe handdoeken er neer moesten leggen. Maar dat baten niet, we moesten elke dag naar de receptie stampij maken voor onze spullen te krijgen. Maar het bed werd niet opgemaakt. Terwijl ze het wel beloofd hadden om het te doen.'

'I accidentally showed up 40 min early for check in but my room was ready! Staff was great. Housekeeping was short staffed but when I asked for the room to be refreshed with towels etc they were on it. Water pressure excellent. Nice big room, plenty of space. The balcony was nice for relaxing Bed not as comfortable as it could be and drawers in the room would be nice. Over all it was very good and I would stay again!'

'Clean, comfy bed, continental breakfast and 5 star staff. Good location to get to/from yhe airport to/from tourist sites (incl Sturgis). Just need grab bars in the slippy bathtubs for older visitors (like me)!'

'We picked this hotel, specifically for the kids waterpark area. The area is supposed to have heated water, but the heater was broken for our entire week long stay and apparently had been for months. The 2nd and 3rd day of our stay the AC leaked and soaked the carpet along our wall that led to the courtyard. Maintenance had to come in a shop vac it up and set up a fan for a few hours. The rooms looked like they were redone since our last stay there (3 years ago). One manager had heard our...

'The hotel was busy! The front desk assistant (Lisa) who checked us in was very friendly and handled it well. The room was clean. Had cookies and water available in the lobby during check in. We did not check out the breakfast. The elevator was not working when we were there.'

'The young lady who checked me in was especially nice - polite, friendly and helpful; when we needed extras, she was right on it. Jailyn was outstanding. The handicap accessible room was good; there were nice grab bars in the shower/tub. Full size fridge with ice maker, stove top, microwave, table and chairs in room, good services. Breakfast not included unless you order room service, but otherwise, a very good stay. Choice of restaurants nearby.'
