De kamer werd niet schoongemaakt naar de receptie gegaan wat hier de bedoeling van was, antwoord we moesten de handdoeken en afval buiten zetten. Dan wist het personeel dat ze er nieuwe handdoeken er neer moesten leggen. Maar dat baten niet, we moesten elke dag naar de receptie stampij maken voor onze spullen te krijgen. 'Camera pulitissima, struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Il personale del ricevimento dovrebbe essere più presente all'accoglienza, spesso non vi era nessuno, soprattutto negli orari pomeridiani e prima serata. Colazione migliorabile, soprattutto per ospiti con allergie ed intolleranze. 'The hotel itself is good. The staff was less than helpful. The pool was closed for maintenance. There was no advance notice and we were not told about it when we checked in. Went out for a day of sightseeing and rushed back to spend some time in the pool. Our first notice was the sign on the pool. There was no other notification. We had very upset kids. The only reason we booked the hotel was for the pool. The same guy checked us out and said we should have been told. He was the one that didn’t...

'CLEAN ROOM EXCELLENT STAFF'

'It was quiet, and the rooms were clean, but there was nowhere to walk my dog, or the area was filled with trash. The hotel is okay.'

'Excellent hotel. Excellent amenities and the staff was great. My only problem was the handicap accessible room was the farthest from the elevator. It was a really long walk for my wife who uses a Walker. Other than that it was terrific.'

'I was greeted by a very friendly staff, Jailyn, which was much appreciated and made me feel welcome. The room had a kitchen, but there were were no pots, pans, or utensils to cook a meal.'

'Surprisingly nice hotel - it would be perfect for people attending events at the monument. They have a very nice pool, breakfast was good and they offered a reception with drinks and popcorn at night including a cultural training from a Lakota gentleman. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The laundry on site was handy and the staff were super helpful as well. The gym is in the basement so we didn’t end up using that and the hot tub jets didn’t work.'
