'Goed hotel, midden in het centrum, dichtbij een gratis tramstation en niet zo duur. '

'Hotel is well located at Melbourne centrum a few steps from the tram. They have complete breakfast buffet and service was very friendly.'

'Old property not well maintained . 1. There are multiple switches for lights near bed side but no provision to charge a mobile, not even a plug point. 2. The air con controller is antique and not easily readable nor can be operated at ease! On request the electrician came and showed my the complex way to operate. 3. There is a kitchen but none of the cookware is kept there. Instead we are supposed to go down to reception and sign certain paperwork and then get the cookware delivered in a large...

'Prima kamer en een goede locatir'

'The only thing we didn’t like was the front of the hotel was not very clear so finding the main entrance wasn’t easy but the hotel itself was lovely .'

'Mooi historisch gebouw. Schone kamer en lakens. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Perfecte locatie.'

'Great place to stay, right across the Queen Vic Market. My room had a kitchen, so it was perfect to go get some veggies and proteins at the market. Also, tram stops super close to where I had to work and to the city centre. Lots of great Asian restaurants close by. I stayed for 17 nights and very pleased with my stay! '

'Accommodation comfort and location was perfect. The small cafe behind the reception was somewhat a mystery, but the following day was displayed a 'for lease' sign. Thankfully other locations next door. OAKS is a wonderful concept, and our first choice as we travel through Australia. Currently staying at Oaks on Charlotte in Brisbane. FANTASTIC!!!!'
