'This hotel has no dining options and offers no breakfast. The rooms are plain, but with decent beds. The area is quite far from the center, so a car is necessary if you want to avoid taxis. There is a small pool and parking. Staff was not attentive or helpful. The receptionist was wearing headphones most of the time and seemed bothered when spoken to. Loud music and laughter at the pool until 11 pm on all nights of our stay. With so many other options in Merida, I would not return here. '
