'The property is in a good location to the tube and small shops, restaurants, etc. Easy to locate and loved the digital entry vs having to keep up with a key. They were accommodating with requests for extra toilet paper, trash bags. Thankful that the a/c was working well during the heatwave when we were there. Fridge was more like a cooler for simple things like fruit and cheese. Barely got our drinks cold though we had adjusted the thermostat. Was frustrated that the laundry facilities was not...

'Great location with near access to Baker St Tube Station. Compact but fine for 1 to 2 people when spending time out and about. Had lots of amenities in the kitchenette and there was some basic cleaning items like washing up liquid, couple of washing capsules, kitchen towel etc and some complementary tea/coffee items. 'Brilliant stay for one night in Chelsea. The area is absolutely amazing – tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, and your literally minutes from the Tube station which makes getting anywhere in London incredibly convenient. Also really close to some excellent museums if you're into that. Room was spotless and had a really comfortable bed.
