'The only downside to the stay was the pool not being open. The location, room, breakfast, staff and common area were wonderful! We especially enjoyed the raised patio area off of the breakfast room that backs up to a creek and woods!'

'Our room with two queens bed had a bad odor. I got air freshener from the front desk and from the cleaning person. Any time you went into the room, it hit you! Not pleasant! We should have asked for another room when we first checked in . The outside front entrance needs a good cleaning too. The dresser could not be used. If you put clothing into the two bottom drawers they would not stay shut.'

'We planned a quick overnight trip to attend an event. This hotel was near the venue and right off the highway, and our expectations of it were average. We were pleasantly surprised. Check in was pleasant and efficient. The property was scrupulously clean and well-maintained. The room was quite comfortable. Even the breakfast was good. Would stay here again.'

'The room smelled musky as soon as you walked in. The one chair in the room was very worn and the arms were dirty. The vending machine did not work. We put money in it and lost our money. When we asked the front desk about it they told us the vending machines were not working and they did not give us our money back. The pillows were old and lumpy. We did not have a comfortable stay.'
