'Very comfy bed and nice room. I'm sensitive to chemicals like cleaning products and the smell was a little overwhelming for me, but probably wouldn't bother most people.'

'The hotel was terrible. The pool was broken and it was closed for a while. The elevator to our room on the eighth floor was broken. We had to go up and down the stairs for over a half a day. The rooms did not have any towels and we weren’t able to ask for more than two towels because they didn’t have them. The hotel was rundown and the front desk was overwhelmed by all of the guests so she of course, had an attitude. Our room also did not have any towels when we got there.'

'Have me the wrong room. Elevators wasn’t working so had to tote all bags up 2 flights of stairs and room was so hot it was 78 degrees with 100 degrees weather outside'

'Texas is a great state to be at the moment. The property looks new and great. They really give you a great feeling in Texas in general and also in this hotel: those who want to wear a mask or a baseball cap are free to do so, those who don’t wear are just also ok and won’t get any comment. I would highly recommend this relax place.'

'When I showed up at 6:30pm I had to wait in line for 20 min for the desk rep to appear (sign on counter stated “back in 10 min”). My bathroom had mold in the shower, pipes exposed. A/C was extremely loud and made knocking sounds when it would shut off. The stairwells were filthy. In fact dried up diarrhea from a pet hadn’t been touched. I will never stay there again. I will say the 2nd day the front desk attendant (different person from day one) was very helpful and present the entire time.'
