'Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was minimal and lacked any protein.'

'Bed was really comfortable. Floor needed a good vacuum as there were dead bugs in most corners and by the bed and couch. At least, for what we saw, there weren't any bugs alive, just dead ones. Everything else seemed clean.'

'It was well taken care of the people were alright could have had a better outcome to what happen my husband use the microwave and it coused it to catch fire because of a faulty switch we were asked to leave because of the fire that was caused by the poorly maintained microwave and we told them about the microwave but they still wanted us to leave even though it was because of the microwave knob old microwave and it cost a fire will not ever stay in a Comfort Inn again'

'There was a terrible mold stall smell in the room…It said it was redone…It didn’t seem any changed since the last time 13 years ago…The bed was extremely comfortable though…The Junction Restaurant was Awesome…Possibly they could figure out what is causing the stall smell and correct it and not try to cover it up…We got to event safely and I thank God for this & family…Not trying to put the owners down…Just a suggestion…Have An Amazing Rest of this Year'

'Housekeeping staff VERY helpful with info where on-site check-in management were hiding. NEVER check-in station person available during the day. Breakfast items (donuts, yogurt) were not restocked for 2 mornings. Coffee machine poured light brown water one morning, during their posted breakfast hours. Lazy/absent front desk staff after initial check-in!'

'A really nice man, I believe the owner, checked me in. I didn’t see any staff after that. It was quiet and convenient for my stay on my Friends and Family Tour ‘26. I wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal but I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable bed and the clean room. A bonus, there’s a great coffee shop called Mia’s in Shelbina. It’s in the grocery store with a drive up.'

'After check in, was in my room for two hours and had a cockroach on my drink. Turned on my phone flashlight and checked and they were all over!! Babies, mid sized and full sized ALL over the room and the walls by the baseboard! I slept in my car. DO NOT BOOK HERE- YUCK YUCK YUCK'

'The host didn’t pay his power bill and the power was cut off. This is after I sent him the notice that was on the door. They didn’t have WiFi service until the 5th day. His bathroom threshold was a on inch high wooden board that busted your toe at night. They didn’t provide basic supplies like dish washing liquid or coffee supplies . When I I reported this to VRBO and checked out early. The host text me he was part of a business group in the area and he said I would never be able to rent a place...

'We had an excellent sibling reunion at the cabin. Cabin was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet setting. Would like to have a Griddle and a hair dryer included.Did run out of hot water after two showers one evening and one the next morning.Suggestions: Enjoyed Diner at the Dugout restaurant in Monroe City. BK restaurant was a bust.Would book again.'

'Great location, clean, well kept. We have family in the same building and rent an additional condo for extra space when we have a larger group. Super convenient. Would love to know the brand of mattresses because my adult children raved about how comfortable they were.'
