'Geweldig hotel, vrij nieuw, mooie kamers, goed ontbijt en vriendelijke onthaalmedewerkers. Omgeving (enkele supermarkten op wandelafstand en tram naar Melbourne) op wandelafstand dus perfect voor mij. De kamer werd niet altijd even perfect gereinigd (bv. vuilnisbak is 2 dagen overvol blijven staan).'

'Clean and friendly staff, and very convenient if you are into public transport. Just the shares toilet and bath is a bit of a inconvinience, imagine having to pee in the middle of your sleep. But overall, this hotel is very good'

'We had a nice 5-night stay at this hotel. Advantages are free parking, free WiFi and a great tram connection to the city (approx. 30 minutes). We struggled a bit with the air conditioning, which caused our room to be consistently too warm. Also, the day light in the bathroom was so bright that going to the toilet was an almost "blinding" experience. Still, we would choose to stay here again, because service is friendly, housekeeping was good plus the advantages mentioned.'

'The main issue we had was the incorrect direction to enter the building. The online instruction was to enter through Homer Street. After searching for that in the rain, and attempting other entrances, we spoke to a resident who advised us to try Hall Street entrance. Finally we were in, although wet from the wind and rain, and not happy. The location to collect the key was not easy as we had no transport other than Uber. To return the key to this location on check out was impossible as it...
