'A bit of a process to get into property, couldn’t find where to park, for us to get the car park fob. The apartment has a spectacular view of Flemington racecourse! No close eateries, so prepare yourselves with food staples before you get to apartment. Otherwise a tram goes into city, which we didn’t have time. Supermarket is a hike, so take comfy shoes. 'Location on Pascoe vale rd right at the tram stop was excellent with a short tram ride to the heart of Melbourne. Street parking was in short supply due to most being permit allocated. Although off street parking was free charging for induction to use the car stacker was not mentioned in the booking. Cleaning of the apartment was very poor, upon arrival we found dirty tissues on the floor in the master bed along with previous renters prescription medical in the robe. Both bathrooms had mould on...
