'Excellent, will stay here again '

'The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne.'

'We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again.'

'Recommend the secure parking , pay the extra and have that peace of mind that your vehicle is locked at night onsite. Friendly staff always so welcoming. Studio was well appointed and tidy but did not have a window to the outside which felt a little closed in. Always happy to stay there, thankyou for another lovely stay.'
