'Prima '

'I had to get this hotel last minute at night because we were driving home from Tennessee to North Carolina. The man at the front desk was really nice but when we got to the room, I was like OK. It smells like cigarettes even though it's non-smoking. Then I went to take a quick shower and somebody else's body hair was on the shower walls. There was mildew. There was hair on the towels and they were not clean. Soap is barely soap and breakfast was mediocre.'

'The surprise “late check in” fee of $20 for checking in after 12 noon that wasn’t mentioned when I made the reservation and double checked it by phone the day before.'

'We had severe weather the night before my stay and the property lost power. The host let us know and kept us up to date on the citation with the restoration, had great communication. We loved the location and spacious parking as well as fire pit and noise from the stream. We are already planning our next trip back'

'This was our second trip to Windrock and Brushy. We have stayed at this cabin both trips. This property is so quiet, secluded and perfect for a couples retreat. There's tons of room for truck and trailer combo. The cabin is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Trail system to Windrock is 5 minutes up the road as well as Brushy Mtn. Prison. We will be back every time we visit the area!!'
