'Great place'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RT Lodge. Staff was fantastic! They were all well put together polite and were there to help you with anything that you needed. The restaurant was delicious and had new things for us to try! The Lodge is nestled in the woods in Maryville, it was a great location that made you feel away when you were in the city.'

'Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon.'

'Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. I thought that was part of what you were paying for. Again. Nice hotel. Staff fine. Bed was weird though. And ill also...

'Incredibly rude check in. Young kid in glasses with the absolute polar opposite of hospitality in the hospitality industry. The last time I was here, my 2nd floor room’s window was right above a smoking area. Cigarette smoke was coming directly into my wall ac unit (you could see it). It was disgusting. I went down to ask the same kid to move rooms (this was literally an hour after I had just checked in). He said “Maybe we can just ask them not to smoke there.”. Genius lol. Let’s tell the other...
