'Convenience location walkable to tons of activities and everything just works. AC works All the elevators work Hot tub works Washer dryer work The little balconies are a nice added touch. I'm glad I stayed here'

'First of all.when we arrived the bathroom toilet, shower and floor were extremely dirty. Hairs were on the toilet and tub. I told the front desk. She offered to come clean it. I had already cleaned it in order to use it. The indoor pool was murky. Ant were around the hot tub. Then one man that was part of the cleaning crew asked one of the girls with us how old she was when walking to the pool by herself. He didn't need to ask or know her age. We alerted the front desk and they spoke with him....

'Nice an d clean in a pleasant location. Nice pool. On our arrival , as we did not know the area we asked the reception staff about the area and where to visit etc, she was uninterested in helping us and not very pleasant. Most of the staff seemed miserable, with a few exceptions.'
