You can still easily walk the Parkway to get to restaurants and shops, but you don't have to drive the parkway which can be congested and can easily enter the park. We had a creekview balcony room and it was very nice to ait out and listen to the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the bottom sheet didn’t really fit the bed, it was too small and wouldn't stay on the mattress...

The underground parking was convenient. The only drawback was the $16 a day parking fee not included in the room. 'It was my first time staying at this property. I really enjoyed the location, as it was centeal to all activities and dining in Gatlinburg. I enjoyed the staff.
