'We recently stayed at Marshall’s Rest Motel during our “last vacation” of the summer celebration. This was our 3rd time staying here. What i like best about staying here is the cute cozy rooms (which are clean & well maintained), the pool area which offers a view of the river while you swim or relax pool side & the closeness to downtown (only a 4 min walk). Over all this place offers it all. Clean rooms, great service & short walking distance to the strip. I would highly recommend to anyone that...

'Perfect location! At the end of the Parkway by the entrance to the park. You can still easily walk the Parkway to get to restaurants and shops, but you don't have to drive the parkway which can be congested and can easily enter the park. We had a creekview balcony room and it was very nice to ait out and listen to the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the bottom sheet didn’t really fit the bed, it was too small and wouldn't stay on the mattress...

'We wanted to stay somewhere different after visiting the area many times. Wow! We were highly impressed by the location, the view, the hotel itself and its front desk associates. The underground parking was convenient. The only drawback was the $16 a day parking fee not included in the room. Bed was super comfy, room was clean and the balcony gave a spectacular view of the town and mountains. Elevators were quick and easy too. We did not partake in the free breakfast but it smelled good. ...

'It was my first time staying at this property. I really enjoyed the location, as it was centeal to all activities and dining in Gatlinburg. I enjoyed the staff.
