'Hard to imagine a better place to stay while in Gatlinburg. The rooms are fantastic. The showers are bigger than some closets, and have a three-nozzle setup that's amazing. The rooms also have balconies that have wonderful views of the surrounding area. The hotel property has a really nice bar, an an incredible pool area, and is centrally located within walking distance of pretty much anything in town. You have to pay for parking, but I guess that's par for the course in this area of...

'This is what Gatlinburg needs! New, fresh, clean, fun, and comfortable. 5 star setting with the mountains views! I was tired of the old ran down hotels in Gatlinburg. This is where I’m staying for future visits.'

'Had a really nice few days here. Some troubles with the access codes but the staff was very friendly in solving it. Rooms are very nice and very relaxing. And what a beautiful view from the balconies. Perfect way to end a day of sightseeing or hiking.'

'Great property. Only complaint is the daily housekeeping service. The 1st morning the guy came in before we finished getting ready to change out the towels. The rest of the trip we did not have housekeeping service. We had to go to the front desk and ask for towels, Kleenex and toilet paper every evening.'
