'Personeel niet echt klant vriendelijk We hadden standaard kamer geboekt en kregen een kamer voor invalide met bij behorende douche, was niet fijn! Bij uitchecken geen reden! We waren er maar 1 nacht dus interesseerde het ze vast niet '

'CONS: Pool facility closed since January, It’s March!!! Big UGH since hot tub was a priority in booking this hotel. Hard to navigate to Lobby for check -in. 4th floor hallway has very musty smell, as well as the heating/cooling fan, when on. Bathroom floor is extremely slippery, even when dry. Elevator is very slow, we used the stairs the whole time except for check in/check out. One stairway was flooded at the lowest level. Navigating the stairs to lobby and above is a Jedi mind...

'Beautiful hotel, we stayed in 417, smaller than expected. Jacuzzi tub is in the same room as bed. Small balcony was nice. Bed was comfortable, room clean and well kept. Second night, room above us has a hot tub also, it started leaking through our ceiling wetting some of our luggage. We put trash cans under and staff came to address the problem. Third night about midnight it started again, worse than before. We had to pack everything up in the middle of the night and move to another room. Very...
