'I enjoyed my stay at The Parkman Hotel. The room is spacious and clean and it had a balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful! It is a quiet environment.'

'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

'It is a delightful inn on a hill near Smokey Mountain National Park. The breakfast is very basic "fast food" such as boxed cereal and hard boil egg, juice, coffee/tea. Not fancy, but sufficient. The best feature is the kindness of the staff -- very pleasant and sure to please.'

'I’m giving this place 3 stars because one of the pools assigned to our building was green and closed when we arrived. Unfortunately, it was never cleaned or repaired during our entire one-week stay. The water in the other two pools was also very cloudy and looked dirty. The room itself was clean, but there were several issues. Be careful with the bathroom door because it can get stuck from the outside. The bathroom didn’t have a sink, so we had to wash our hands in the shower. We didn’t feel...

'Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.'

'The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.'

'This cabin is in a great spot and was definitely set up for kids teens and adults... lots of things to do locally but they also had games for The kids...I lived the fact they had a master bed room on one side of the cabin and 2 bed rooms across the cabin... the water pressure was low and we weren't able to light the fire pit more due to weather... it was quite, clean and a great set up.... woulda loved a jacuzzi but it hit everything else...'
