'Surprisingly spacious room, was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was fresh even though we were some of the last ones in before they stopped closing. The pool was clean and open. Overall very affordable and clean. Would definitely stay there again. Location was great for walking too. '

'The property is walkable to the Ober area and most of the main strip of gatlinburg. The rooms is great and inviting. Easy check in and out. Love that they send you the info the day of check in to how to access the room. Also love that they send you the link to fill out registration info before arrival. Would definitely stay there again.'

'Someone double booked the house so we had surprise visitors knocking late at night. The freezer portion of the refrigerator was frozen shut and no one ever came to fix even though we reached out. Couldn’t keep certain food so it wasn’t the best visit '

'very clean... good location... and the best quiet calming Amenities... the only thing that threw us off on our whole stay at the Hampton Inn in Gatlinburg was the surprising was that we didnt know about the $15 charge per day of our stay for parking! I think its due to the fact that hotels.com says that they excluded the entire price including tax and any extra charges... and that you get hit by surprised with an extra $45 charge for parking(3 nights...) I think HOTELS.COM MUST Include IT IN...

'Perfect location! At the end of the Parkway by the entrance to the park. You can still easily walk the Parkway to get to restaurants and shops, but you don't have to drive the parkway which can be congested and can easily enter the park. We had a creekview balcony room and it was very nice to ait out and listen to the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the bottom sheet didn’t really fit the bed, it was too small and wouldn't stay on the mattress...
