'The staff were very nice and welcoming. Even the house keepers were so sweet and friendly to our family. Our rooms were very clean and the atmosphere of the hotel was very peaceful. Thank you for a great experience. '

'Het hotel is nogal verouderd en niet erg schoon. Sigarettenpeuken in het trappenhuis. Ook zaten er stink bugs in de kamer. We hebben er 14 gevangen. Deze komen door kieren van niet goed sluitende deuren en ramen en via airco naar binnen. We zijn een dag eerder vertrokken. Buiten dat een leuk zwembad en aardig personeel. '

'It is a little dated but the room was clean. The lock on the door was broken but I travel with an extra lock anyway! Breakfast was good. It is a good place to stay for the money. It is very close to downtown Gatlinburg and you could save a ton of money on parking if you were going downtown. '

'Great location. Close to everything and just a few minute drive to the mountains. Can walk to the strip and pull in from river road, to avoid heaven traffic. '

'Stayed several times over the years. Property is beginning to show signs of wear. Overall, nice property but the FF&E could use replacing. Stayed in suite, but tables and other surfaces scratched or chipped. Paid $18.00 per night to park on top of room rate of $259 ( Expedia). Great view from the 15th floor and extra room was nice. Will probably look around at other options next time. '

'The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little squeaky but comfortable. Breakfast items were good and fresh. Good variety of foods. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again!!'

'This pace is old and lots of broken items. We had to walk a large distance to the bkfst room. 1/4 MI because the elevator was broken. The bathroom light flashed like a strobe when you turned it on. So live with rhe strobe or use it in the dark. Patios need lots of cleanup as do the grounds. '

'Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town.'

'Very clean room, soft beds, wonderful pillows, excellent showers. The indoor pools were a little cold, and strong chlorine smell. Staff was wonderful, very pleasant. I would come back again, and do recommend. Walking distance from the main drag is a huge plus! '
