Had a trolley stop right across the street to take us into downtown Gattlinburg so we didnt have to deal with the nightmare of driving there. Saw 2 black bears just running around. Would definitely stay here again.'

'very clean... good location... and the best quiet calming Amenities... the only thing that threw us off on our whole stay at the Hampton Inn in Gatlinburg was the surprising was that we didnt know about the $15 charge per day of our stay for parking! I think its due to the fact that hotels.com says that they excluded the entire price including tax and any extra charges... and that you get hit by surprised with an extra $45 charge for parking(3 nights...) I think HOTELS.COM MUST Include IT IN...

What i like best about staying here is the cute cozy rooms (which are clean & well maintained), the pool area which offers a view of the river while you swim or relax pool side & the closeness to downtown (only a 4 min walk).
