'I loved the parking and the quaintness. The value for the money was definitely worth it. The room was very clean. The check in was seamless and I like that it is privately owned by a family. The downside is when I arrived the TV was on loud, I thought maybe housekeeping kept it on while cleaning but once I got completely moved in and settled I turned the TV off only to hear the screeching AC unit. I could have complained or asked to be moved but I’m disabled and the last thing I wanted to do...

'As far as our room trash was only emptied once in our room 1 time in three days no beds made. And ants were every where. There were ants at different times crawling on me in the bed , but I did not know it was a noted problem that they knew about. I killed those 3 ants and the I seen 2 in the shower killed those. Then went to bed and my gf. Found ants traps in the floor.this place is a very nice place and the price was good but we could have done with out the ants.'

'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

'Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.'

'The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.'

'We LOVED our stay here. My kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub. If I had one thing that could be improved upon, it would be the hot tub. All the jets didn’t work. My kids still loved it! Would definitely stay again. '

'The property “looks” nice, but was infested with bedbugs. We didn’t complete our stay and left in the middle of the night. No reviews should have been a sign, but now here is one that should give you actual peace of mind by telling you not to rent. The property management company agreed to a refund that was also a slap in the face to go along with the bedbugs. Do not rent! '
