'Repeated loud banging noises, apparently from the plumbing, made it nearly impossible to sleep. I woke up several times and felt exhausted the next morning. A restful night is a basic expectation of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Unless this issue is resolved, I would be reluctant to stay here again.'

'The room was clean, and the breakfast was good with plenty of vegetarian options. However, it would have been helpful to have a cabinet or wardrobe to store personal belongings.'

Complimenary breakfast is uitstekend!'

Personeel is super vriendelijk.

'The property was clean and taken care of'

'I enjoyed the location and the theme. When at the lodge no strip noise. It was peaceful. The room was perfectly themed. Loved the fire place and the reading chair. Only hiccup was the broken elevator and carrying luggage to the 3rd floor. If not for that would have been excellent rating all around. Love it would definitely stay again.'

'Nice hotel good value for price'

'The room was spotless bathroom was up to our standards and the ac/ heater was completely silent.👍'

'Had an excellent view of the city from the 15th floor. Very convenient to be able to catch a trolley at the door. Hotel dining was really good.'

'We really liked location, just a short walk from the parkway, nice balcony overlooking creek. We saw two bears there.Breakfast was ok,just a basic hotel breakfast.Only bad thing was the pillows.Bed was comfortable, bud pillows were horrible.Bring your own if you’re staying here.'
