'I love Bess Western, but I went on Expedia. When I got there and checked in, they were smiling, they gave me a handicap room which wouldn't be that bad. But the shower had no edge. So when I turned the water on and went and got my clothes ready. The whole bathroom had 2 inches of water flooded everywhere. That is the only complaint.Did I look like I needed a wheelchair room???? I had to run outside to the pool area and grab the stack of pool towels to come in. I wasn't gonna leave it like that....
