'The pools were lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. We ate at the main restaurant once, was ok but could use updating. The pool bar food was good breakfast was super. Housekeeping very friendly and did a nice job. The area is quiet vs. the hustle and bustle in town but it's a short 20 min golf cart ride to town. 'We stayed at the Hilton Mahogany Bay and Ramons.. 2nd time we have done that. Will not be doing it again. The Hilton is worn out! Will stay at Ramons only next time.
The grounds are beautiful.. love the lights and music in the pathways. They location may seem like it would be too loud.. not so. We really enjoy it here. '

'Erg behulpzame gastvrije gastheren en dames mooie accomodatie t enige wat erg slecht was is de douche we moesten zoeken naar een straaltje water 🚿 zeker na een dagje op zee duiken is een lekkerr douche zeer welkom maar prijs kwaliteit zeer goed👍👍👍👍'

'Air conditioning was effective, tv doesn’t work if you want to watch it while or before you sleep. Everything is very expensive. Every meal was at least $100 US and it’s a lot over a week with 3 meals a day. It’s better to go into town and get food there. '

'The property itself is beautiful, but the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor communication from the staff. I paid them to arrange local flights, yet they failed to provide any information afterward. After I arrived in Belize, I tried calling again with no response.
