All-inclusive hotels in San Ignacio

'Amazing property. It was so beautiful with the courtyard with flowers and the private pool/bath and geat views. They upgraded us with no extra charge. Wish we could have stayed here longer. The price was great for a three story home away from home.'

'Convenient to downtown, very nice staff.'

'When I arrived there was nobody there to let me in. I tried the whatsapp number and got a recording saying it was not a valid number. I was able to send a message through Expedia messaging and got a reply fairly quick. A gentleman working on the roof finally let me in and gave me a key to the room. The beds were basically a brick with springs poking me when I laid down. The walls are very thin and the road noise went on all night. Parking is along the road and very tight and limited. 'Goede Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Schone ruime kamers, mooi zwembad. Prachtige grote tuin. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Erg lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Horeca personeel flexibel en klantvriendelijk. Niks is teveel. Een hele fijne vibe! Voelden ons echt welkom! '

'Clean room.'

'Our family really loved this oasis in the middle of the city. As soon as you stop through the front gate you’re in a comfortable setting with nice pool, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was delicious and so convenient. Staff was friendly and welcoming.'

'Eenvoudige kamers, nette badkamer. Vlakbij busstation. Goede uitvalsbasis voor excursies.'

'They never contacted me to give me information on how to access the property, and did not respond to messages. I was forced to last minute rebook over the Holidays, and now hotels are refusing to give me a full refund.'

'We had a wonderful experience at the black rock lodge, the staff is amazing and you can feel how passionate they are about their work. The Tikal visit is a must. We had an amazing day on site with our guide Noel, we learnt so much about Mayan history and jungle fauna. We did also the hike to the summit and the night walk with the guide. Both great. Ask for a visit of the gardens, they are growing their own vegetables and fruits for the restaurant, the gardeners are lovely people. Finally the...
