"We had a wonderful experience at the black rock lodge, the staff is amazing and you can feel how passionate they are about their work. The Tikal visit is a must. We had an amazing day on site with our guide Noel, we learnt so much about Mayan history and jungle fauna. We did also the hike to the summit and the night walk with the guide. Both great. Ask for a visit of the gardens, they are growing their own vegetables and fruits for the restaurant, the gardeners are lovely people. Finally the restaurant, god… the food was soooo good. We highly recommend the black rock lodge."
