'Really nice hotel, with a lovely pool and sunbeds. During our first night we were situated next to the staff room, what caused a lot of noise for us during the nights. The next morning we told them about the problem and we got an upgrade to the super deluxe room! However they can work on the wifi. In the normal rooms there is no wifi, and only at the restaurant there is wifi available. After our upgrade, we had wifi in the room, so that was nice. '

'Het hotel is gelegen aan een meer. Het zwembad is recent gerenoveerd en ligt er goed bij. De omringende tuin is ook mooi en wordt goed onderhouden door tuinmannen. Dat kan helaas niet gezegd worden van de kamers. De badkamer is vies. De kranen, het zeepbakje, de prullenbak en de wastafel zijn vies, verroest en onder de aanslag. Het doucheputje lag vol met haren. De kamer is wel lekker ruim en het bed lag goed. Het ontbijt is wel goed verzorgd. Het personeel spreekt helaas nauwelijks Engels dus...

'Roshea, our host, was super friendly and smiling. We asked to change our room from one double bed to two beds and he did with kindliness. The pool was very welcome after visiting Anuradhapura. The breakfast was excellent! 10 on 10!'

L'hôtel nous a loué des vélos pour la journée, même si la vieille ville était plus loin que ce que nous pensions. Le directeur nous a emmenées gratuitement en voiture, pour voir un spectacle de danses Sri lankaises, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! '

'Excellent and very helpful staff Thank you to the ladies at the front desk. My front view was a little pond where you will hear a chorus of frog ensemble playing their evening symphonies and in the morning beautiful wading birds warming up for the day. '

'Great stay! Stayed 1 night. Very personalized service. The manager greets and checks in with each guest several times throughout the start as needed. Sri Lankan breakfast was great! Pool very nice. Was able to arrange a tuktuk transfer to several of the archaeological and religious sites within Anuradhapura for 5000 rupees (3-4 hours tour). Highly recommend!'

'The Aryana hotel exceeded our expectations. The whole place was spotless, service was terrific, the food was delicious and the hospitality was incredible. Nelu, the manager took care of ourselves, he made sure we enjoyed our stay in all aspects, he gave us tips for our trip, helped secure a tuktuk to take us around, and engaged in meaningful conversation. He even provided us with a free upgrade as our room was not very confortable the first night. I highly recommend this hotel. '

'Het hotel was niet schoon. Er zat een kakkerlak op onze kamer. Het personeel sprak haast geen Engels en werden erg onvriendelijk toen we de tuk tuk wilde naar het centrum. We hadden maar 1 handdoek, in onze deken zaten gaten. Kortom geen aanrader'

'The people there were very nice, the breakfast wasn't bad, just that there was several cockroaches in the room and bathroom, and the internet wifi connection was too weak you can't get any signal inside the room, if you need to use wifi you'll have to use it in the lobby which is an open space full of mosquitoes. Fortunately, the hotel hangs a mosquito net above every bed which is useful keeping the mosquitoes away during your sleep.'
