Mixed Experience – Beautiful Place, Disappointing Service We've stayed at Ibis Styles before and sadly faced the same issues again. While the rooms and environment are beautiful and inviting, the guest service falls short. Both times, we were wrongly asked to pay for "early check-in" despite our booking clearly stating check-in was at 10 AM. This time, we had to show proof again before being allowed in without the extra charge. Most concerning, my fiancée—who is a woman of color—was twice subjected to unfair treatment. On both visits, she was asked to prove her stay, unlike me. Most recently, a security guard followed us from the rooftop bar to our room, questioning her presence even though she had already been checked in for two days. The management seriously needs to address staff attitude and discriminatory behavior. Until then, we can't recommend it in good faith.

De mensen maken het verschil. Nadat we door gecancelde vluchten in Nairobi strandden werden we in Argyle hotel buitengewoon gastvrij ontvangen en geholpen. We voelden ons welkom en hebben drie heerlijke, niet geplande, dagen in Nairobi en omgeving gehad. Alle lof voor de fijne mensen die zoveel moeite voor ons hebben gedaan

Spacious rooms in a great location

What was especially noticeable was the friendliness of the staff. Genuine interest and always ready for a friendly word. A nice and safe hotel in the city center with lots to do within walking distance.

Het is een mooi hotel vlakbij het centrum. Radisson heeft altijd een prima service en dat was hier ook het geval. Het eten is echt fantastisch, zowel ontbijt als diner. Het hotel heeft een klein zwembad en een fitnesscentrum. Vlakbij het hotel ligt het mooie Arboretum park waar je als hotelgast gratis in kan wandelen.
