'By far the best stay in our 3 weeks in Japan. We were treated like celebrities. The dinner and breakfast are extraordinary. The onsen baths a dream. The location spectacular '

'Due to an incident with our car, we had to postpone our arrival date at the last minute. The hotel allowed us to do so at no extra cost. In the end, we even got a free room upgrade (because the hotel then had an incident with the rooms...;)'

'Beautiful stay, in a traditional looking Japanese hotel. All rooms seem to have Mt. Fuji views which. Was stunning. So does the Onsen. Reception area looks just renovated, very nicely done. Rooms in good condition too, same for spa area. Only area that still can be done is hallwaysz but then again who cares for these. The staff is super kind and helpful, one of the best places we have stayed during our trip!'

'駐車場の係の方、受付の方、部屋までの案内、食事会場など対応が気持ち良かったです。また、夜の太鼓のイベントや居酒屋の雰囲気も楽しく過ごせました。最高なのは、朝のバイキング。目移りしてしまって、お腹いっぱい食べました。種類が豊富で美味しかったです。また、行きたい宿です。'

'We enjoyed our stay here ! The dome rooms were super cool! I took really nice photos here and was able to put together a nice video and received many good feedback! Weather was clear that day so we had a clear view of Fuji from our room! Staff was nice ! Just wish the breakfast was better !'

'We had an incredible experience at The Sense Fuji from start to finish. The staff met us at the train station with cold water and lavender-scented oshibori towels in the shuttle, setting the tone for a thoughtful and relaxing stay. The only hard thing is decide if you want to stay inside relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi or go exploring different view spots of mt. Fuji'

'Our stay at this accomodation was probably the highlight of our 3 week trip around Japan. Both the accomodation itself and the personnel heavily contributed to this aside from the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji. I can only recommend this accomodation to anyone who would like to spend some quiet time in nature while being close to Fuji.'
