'We had an incredible experience at The Sense Fuji from start to finish. The staff met us at the train station with cold water and lavender-scented oshibori towels in the shuttle, setting the tone for a thoughtful and relaxing stay. 'Beautiful stay, in a traditional looking Japanese hotel. All rooms seem to have Mt. Fuji views which. Was stunning. So does the Onsen. Reception area looks just renovated, very nicely done. Rooms in good condition too, same for spa area. Only area that still can be done is hallwaysz but then again who cares for these. The staff is super kind and helpful, one of the best places we have stayed during our trip!'

'実母、義母を連れて一泊しました。施設はまるでイタリアのトスカーナの丘の上にある教会の様な、のどかな佇まいか素敵で、オーストリア出身の義母は大変喜んでいました。お部屋もとても綺麗で館内全体が清潔な香りがします。全部屋の眺望が富士山と山梨市の夜景を一望できます。露天風呂も綺麗で素敵です。サービスはこれ以上ないほど素晴らしいです。朝食で小柄な実母が椅子に座るとスタッフさんがすぐさま背中にクッションを入れてくださいました。また泊まりたいと思うホテルです！'

'I loved the cabins, the sauna and hot rob were amazing. You can see Mount Fuji from right outside the cabins, which was pretty cool. The staff were also amazing. I definitely recommend this place.'
